About the Game
Echo Tap is a survival arcade game built around a simple idea: your past movement becomes your future obstacle.
Each round challenges the player to move a cyan dot and survive for a short duration. When the round ends, the exact path taken is recorded and replayed as a ghost in the next round.
Over time, the arena fills with these ghosts, transforming earlier decisions into increasingly complex spatial challenges. What begins as a simple survival task becomes a test of planning, efficiency, and memory.
Runs are short and replayable, encouraging experimentation and refinement. Cleaner movement creates safer future rounds, while chaotic movement compounds difficulty.
Echo Tap is about learning from your past, adapting in the present, and surviving longer each time.
